* Product Access
Our VIP products are currently accessed by the Internet only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt. You will receive a separate email that will contain the information you need to access our digital products at the conclusion of our event.
Access to our products and services from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access them. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our product servers if you grant access to your personal account to those who have not purchased our digital products or services without expressed written permission from an employee of our company.
* Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and services and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via the Internet we generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not yet accessed our products or services online, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Refund requests made after you have accessed our products or services are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within fifteen (15) days of your original purchase and before you access any content including but not limited to, VIP Sessions, The Vault or any other digital or online content.
